Construction Starts
Once everything is approved and materials are ready, we schedule a hard start date. From that day forward, we work continuously until your project is done. A 2,000 sq ft home typically takes 8–10 weeks. Larger homes may take 3–4 months. We coordinate trades to keep things moving efficiently.

Final Walkthrough
We don’t consider the job done until we walk through everything with you. We’ll fix any issues, clean up thoroughly, and make sure you’re happy with every detail.
